Hello Everyone and welcome to a very special "PiP Blogger!" of John and Layla's Wedding at St Helens Church and The Coseners House in Abingdon.
Everyone was prepared for a rainy day, all the forecasts had predicted rain and Layla bless her was feeling a little bit gutted about it. But I said, "Don't worry, I've got a deal going on with the big man upstairs, and the weather always turns out good for me" Which made her smile.
Her dress was stunning and she purchased it from Proposals of Witney . John and his men were sporting a fantastic blue suit from Next. A great idea if you want to hand over a suit as a gift. It costs about the same to buy a suit as it is to hire one! That's what I done at my wedding too.
Layla was very lucky as her mum owns a very popular shop in Abingdon, The Finishing Touch so all the decorations were absolutely beautiful! In the shot above the umbrella's are from her shop. It never rained in the end, bright sunshine would you believe it! But I didn't want the umbrellas to go to waste as they were so nice. So, after spotting a bubble machine earlier in the day, I thought of the idea of making the bubbles resemble the rain but in a night shot. (Thank you Mark for running round fighting the wind with the bubble machine) And the result was stunning. A very dreamy, unique romantic shot using off camera flash up onto the umbrellas.
Another person to thank is Grahame from "The Quaint and Quirky Motor Company" who did a fantastic job in transporting the couple in his stunning vintage car.
Anyway, please enjoy the photo's, please feel free to comment below and PLEASE join my FACEBOOK page and become a fan, would be great to have more fans on-board. Thank you!
